Reiki - one hour session begins with soothing meditative music played in the background while you receive Reiki “hands on” treatment, crystals placed on the body for enhanced energy flow and assistance and toning with my voice and Tibetan toning bowls. Occasional use of massage, to work through more congested areas.

Bio-Energetic Therapy - one hour session combining nurturing breath and sound release work, sharing experiences past and present and the opportunity to work through the feelings that arise around these experiences with exercises and stretches in a neutral loving environment. You will have the opportunity to get the emotional education that is so vital for building a nurturing space leading to self-love and empowerment. (Although one-hour sessions are offered, Bio-Energetic Therapy works best in multiple sessions)

One Session ( Reiki or Bio-Energetic Therapy) $ 80.00

Reiki Training — Level I, II, III, and IV (Teachers Level-not necessary to practice). Groups of three and more scheduled throughout the year and upon request. Private Training sessions also available upon request.

Instruction $ 300.00

Practice $ 200.00
