After years of seeking an integrated spiritual and holistic lifestyle I discovered Reiki and Bio-Energetic Therapy. It made profound changes in my life and paved the way for shifts and new choices which inspired me to train as a practitioner to help myself, family, friends and animals. I began my Reiki training in 2001 and continued with the Light Ascension, which involves a training program ending with attunements given at each level. I received my Reiki Master (levels 1,2,3) Teacher (level 4) and Light Ascension (levels 5 through 12) as well as Bio-Energetic Therapy Practitioner ‘s Certification from CHILDREN OF LIGHT In New York City, under the guidance and tutelage of co-founders and Masters Ron and Robert Baker.
During Reiki sessions, I have intuitively combined Harmonic Resonance Therapy, which involves voice and instrument toning. I also place various crystals and stones on the chakras to enhance the therapy with color and qualities that address different diseases and ailments. My work involves toning bowls, Pythagorean Tone Generator and toning with the voice, which expands the vibration of healing for the emotional and physical body. This intuition to combine Harmonic Resonance Therapy into the Reiki sessions inspired me to tie these two ancient arts of healing together, increasing the energy flow and enabling enhanced balance of the chakras creating a sense of wellbeing and release.
Susan Gonzalez is a Physioacoustic Therapist, Reiki and Light Ascension healer that comes from a long background in music and the performing arts. Her vocal talents have paved the way to the ancient art of healing through sound. She began her music life as a child learning how to sing classical music. As a singer she has enjoyed an active career in both opera and concert repertoire and earned a Doctorate from Eastman School of Music. Gonzalez's opera credits include leading roles with major opera houses both nationally and internationally and she can be heard on several CD’s with Leonarda, NAXOS and ARTEK labels.
